Additional experience as Assistant Innkeepers for a 39-room property with multiple buildings, types of rooms and RV park in Alaska.

What we offer:

  • Serve as caretaker and host of the property and ensure a unique and personalized guest experience
  • Overseeing and assist with breakfast service. Setup and manage happy hour events
  • Maintain essential functions of the property and supervise the inn at all times throughout shift, on call 24/7.
  • Maintain a friendly and accommodating attitude with guests
  • Act as a concierge for guests who inquire about the property, dining options, activities, entertainment, and charters in the area.
  • Assist guests accordingly to their specified needs in person and over the phone
  • Ensure the property and rooms are tended to before guest arrival
  • Managing and assisting housekeeping
  • Print and manage essential documentation for guests’ stay, inclusive of registration card, welcome letter and baskets as required.
  • Collect payment, assign guest keys, sign registration cards and receipts with guests, and process all payments
  • Coordinate and monitor guest check-out time
  • Close nightly books and petty cash
  • Ensure cleanliness of property, including kitchens, guest rooms, and public spaces
